Send your best sermons on upcoming lectionary texts to sermons@goodpreacher.com (put text and Sunday in Church Year in subject line). If the sermon is on a text not in the lectionary, put “Unlectionary” and topic of sermon in the subject line. Submit as many sermons as you like.

Please send the sermon as an attachment. Do not send the sermon in the body of an email. Please put your name at the bottom of the sermon.

It will help your chances to submit at least one good sermon each week from now until May 1, 2013, and it will help your chances to email your sermons early in the week (if not the week before). Please remove all full length poems, hymns, etc. Please quote only small parts of poems, hymns, etc. Quotations should not exceed 50 words and please document sources. We reserve the right to not place a sermon on the site.

You may send sermons at any time to sermons@goodpreacher.com. Do not submit a sermon to the site at Share It.

Sermons will be placed on GoodPreacher.com (assuming that the sermons are appropriate) in BackIssues/Sermons as they are received.

On May 1, 2013, we will determine the sermon writer who has been the “most helpful” and that person will be awarded the complimentary Festival of Homiletics registration, etc. (see above).

The GoodPreacher Award winner may transfer the award to the 2014 conference if unable to attend in 2013. If the winner has already paid 2013 conference fee, that person will have that fee reimbursed.

Sermons coming in after May 1, 2013, will be part of the same process for the 2014 Festival of Homiletics.

You do not have to be a subscriber to submit a sermon and receive the award.
